The Space
MESA Charter School’s new Brooklyn location was developed as a modern, student-focused educational environment designed to support learning, collaboration, and community.
The building includes a wide range of academic and shared spaces, all requiring thoughtful planning, durability, and cohesive design to support daily use by students, faculty, and staff.
The Project
Whalen Berez Group was hired to provide FF&E specification and procurement services for MESA Charter School’s new facility in Brooklyn, New York.
Over the course of one year, WBG worked closely with school administration through extensive programming meetings to ensure every space was carefully planned, specified, and furnished to meet both functional and educational needs.
The project was successfully completed in August 2025, just in time for the school’s grand opening for the new academic year.
