The Project
Villanova University’s Geary Hall was an underutilized lounge area within the campus. To refresh and modernize the space, the University partnered with Whalen Berez Group to transform it into a 21st-century lounge environment.
The project focused on upgrading building finishes, specifying new Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), and retrofitting existing millwork with updated upholstery and finishes. The result is a contemporary, functional space designed to better support student use and collaboration.
